Oven-ready Chicken Shawarma Kit.


Includes marinated chicken, potatoes, traditional or homemade bread, pickles, and Lebanese garlic sauce (toum).


Lettuce not included.


Serves: 4-6

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Remove the lid and place the pan on the lowest rack, closest to the heat source. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes.

The only authentic way to serve a Lebanese chicken shawarma sandwich: a spread of garlic sauce (as desired), potatoes, chicken, some lettuce, and pickles. Toast the sandwich if desired.
