Made with special pastry dough and flavored with aromatic Mediterranean spice blend, this olive bread is perfect for breakfast or as an appetizer. Best served with tzatziki or labneh (Lebanese yogurt cheese).


Approximately 800 - 900 grams.


Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the roll on a parchment-lined pan for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown.​ Let it rest for 10 minutes, then cut in the desired thickness.
